Arresto Menor

pano po ba ang tamang gagawin pag meron akong warrant of arrest pero di ko alam kung anong kaso at sino ang complainant. me nagpunta kc before dito sa hauz namin na mga pulispero ayaw pakita ung search warrant. naglagay na lang kami ng 4thousand dun s mga pulis, gusto ko po kc ayusin ito baka balikbalikan lang ako ng mga ito at hingan lagi ng pera.

go to the court where this supposed estafa occurred and verify.

another way is to apply for nbi clearance. you may get a Hit and they they will tell you where the case is lodged.
