halimbawa po. 5 years na kami nag sasama ng live in q? then yung legal husband q naman eh after a long years bigla naisipan mag demanda laban sakin? may chance ba na mabalewala ang habla laban sakin kasi bigla lng sya naka isip mag demanda para lng magulo kami ng live in partner q? nalipasan siguro ng gutom kya naisipan mag demanda:)

Yes mayrob po prescription of the crime concubinage is still no prescribed if i m not mistaken it should be ten years before it preacribed for it was a criminal felony unlike the case on civil when it comes from the prescription of cases in civil it only take 5 years however, it is not your situation your husband wntvtofile a criminal case that was a different story from the civil case.
