Arresto Menor

I filed VAWC against my husband. He was a no show on both prelim hearings. I filed for earlier resolution & got a reply that on or before June 5 may resolution na but wala p rin until now? When will the arrest warrant be issued? What happens pag sinerve pero wala ung accused?

you mean sumagot ang prosecutor na dadating ang resolution ng on or before june 5? ang alam ko pwede mo lang follow up pero walang definite date kung kelan lalabas

The physical assault happened last year. I immediately filed the case after completing medico legal & police report. No show sya on both prelim hearings. After 10 mos, I followed up kse sobrang tagal na. My PAO lawyer filed an appeal for faster resolution. After 2 weeks, I got a letter from d Fiscal's ofc telling me a resolution will be handed down not later than June 5 pero until now wla p rin arrest warrant. I was assured that my case was strong kse maraming pictures n kasama ung medico legal ko. So why is it taking too long?

dun mo malalaman sa resolution kung nakitaan ng probable cause and kung makukulong sya. not automatically pag may resolution na yung ine expect natin ang laman. tsaka kahit may evidences ka depende pa din sa piskal.

hello po. tanung ko lng po. paano kung walang nakuhang subpoena ung inakusahan? pwede pa rin po ba mag issue ng warrant of arrest?
