ask ko lang po nakaloan pa po kasi car namin last year po meron siyang insurance sa alpha kaso di nadala ng husband ko sa main office ng bank yung copy nila pero we advise them on the phone na meron po syang insurance,then after ilang months tummawag collection department nila naniningil dahil bumili daw sila ng ibang insurance for the car tapos pinapabayadan nila sa amin kahit sinabi namin na may insurance na po yung sasakyan. ngayon sinisingil po nila kami ng 3x na po yung amount ng insurance meron po ba kami right na huwag po yon bayadan

you should have been more assertive by sending a copy of the insurance policy immediately. the bank has the right to purchase insurance and charge it to you.

nevertheless, you can argue that the bank should have taken your word that you already had one, and they acted arbitrarily by buying one.

unfortunately, my bet is that the bank will not agree, but you can keep negotiating with them.
