Release of cash bond and last pay-as the probationary contract ends

I am currently working for a private company as a Probationary employee. Eventually, my contract ended already last February 5, 2014. No evaluation and NPA has been served to me yet and even they offer me the regularization contract, I will no longer sign it anymore.

Question, once I decided to leave the company, do I have to provide them a resignation letter? To think that it's already been 1 month and still counting after my contract has ended? Or I will just say to them that I will just exit?

I'm willing to turn over my work but, not to the extent of 30 days. Is 15 days enough already?

Last, do they have the right to hold my cash bond? Because, mostly, they are saying that they will not release the cash bond even if the contract has ended. Employee shall wait for 1 year while employed or if they terminate you then they can give the cash bond.

Hoping for your reply. I'm so confused. Neutral

Please clarify - what contract ended? Your probationary?

An employee who is allowed to work after a probationary period shall be considered a regular employee.
