Hi Atty's,
First time ko po dito sa site na to, pwde po pa-help about my bond.

1. naka-bond po ako 5 years sa company na pinapasukan ko. tapos po nagkaroon ako ng 2 training.

ang unang training ko po ang actual cost nya ay 99k. tapos po naapply ko siya 1 beses tapos internal project pa. Tapos po after nung training pinapirma ako ng contract ko, umabot ng P547,800 ung bond ko. As a fresh grad pumirma po ako bale ang naging computation daw nung bond ko ay:

99,000 (actual cost) + (13,600(billrate) * 33(days of training))

tapos po ang monthly salary ko ay 20,000 po.

ung 2nd training ko po ang actual cost nya ay 200k in-house training lang tpos walang certificate. nag hire lang sila ng trainor. tpos after din nung training na un pinapirma ako 200k + (13,600*10days). dito po sa training na to totally hindi ko na-aaply.

bale total ng bond ko ay almost 800k.

nagresign ako last month. 2 1/2 yrs na ko sa company kaya may nttra pang 400k sa bond ko daw na need kong bayaran. nagpasa ako ng promisory note kaso hindi nila inaaceept. ang proposal nila ay down ako ng 100k tpos 1 year to pay ung remaining tapos PDC pa.

Dapat ba po ako matakot sa bond,. sa lilipatan ko hindi need ng COE. Base sa nabasa ko sa ibang topic mahohold ung COE. Ano po dapat gawin ko? mas malaki pa ung bond ko sa annual income ko. E wala naman po akong pambayad.

Return Service

After completing the program, the company shall require you to stay in its employ for a period of four yrs start form march 30,2012 until march 30,2016

if for any reason you shall leave the company prior to complation of the return service aggrement- initiate separation from employment through voluntary resignation or terminated for a ccause that shall constitute non-compliance to this agreement and shall entitle the company to recover from you the amount as per the guidelinse stated in the training and dev't policy.

you will also allow the compny to witholad any amounts, salaries, and/or beneifits that are already due you toanswer for the foregoing bond and you also hereby authorize the company to apply such amounts,salaries, and/or benefits to the complete satisfaction of the bond without need of any demand.

The company would need to file a civil against you in court in order to claim the bond from you. The court may either approve or reduce it.
