Credit Loan

Hi Atty,

Just need your advise as I have an unsettled loan from a lending company, this has all started after I had issues at work related to payroll. I am continually messaging them informing them about the progress, unfortunately the resolution to my dispute had been delayed. Now that it is all fixed, I already told them I will pay little by little and already managed to deposit it to their bank account, I still owe them 3k but they keep ons ending demand letters both at work and home. I am just scraed that this will have a potential threat to my work and I am willing to pay but is just asking for quite some time and even their collections office is aware of my arrangements, the law office is continually sneding demand letters. What can I do to put a stop to it?

   phingi naman po nng advise, 2007 nag bussiness loan po ako sa Global dominion, bussiness loan po ng 15K meron pong PDC 6 months to pay, nkabayad lang po akong ng 3 months tapos naging delingquent na po yun bayad ko, ginawa ko po after 6 months binayaran kpo yun balanse na 10k, pero may naiwan po na 5k penalty daw po yun, naningil po minsan yun collector nila after a month sa apartment na tinitirahan ko kasi sbi ko hulugan ko nlng yun penalty hanggang sa naka abroad po ako at di na rin daw pumupunta sa bahay namin yun collector nila, tanong po magagamit pba nila yun PDC ko kung kakasuhan ako ng BP22, 2013 npo hanggang ngayon di ko napo alam kung ano na nagyari dun sa balanse kong 5k, bka rin po malaki na rin ang tubo thanks po
