is it tru walang nakukulong sa utang?

does this mean your tita is pretending to be your mom when she uses the credit card, but with your mom's consent? or your aunt falsified an application to get a card in your mother's name?

failure to pay a loan, by itself, is not a crime.

however, credit cards are governed by the access device regulations act. if the credit card holder does not give her correct address, or moves work or residence address without informing the credit card company, this can be basis to establish a prima facie intent to defraud the company and a criminal charge can be filed.
