I just want to ask an advice regarding our problem on the house that we are paying for right now. Its located in lapu-lapu cebu its Fluer de Ville Subd. they required as to pay for reservation and prompt us to comply the requirements within a month and so we did. Its under my fiance name since i cant provide the necessary documents he was still then connected in Thailand, we are paying already the equity at the time we comply the documents its from feb 2013 until now..The problem is my fiance already left the company and is still waiting for a feedback in other county currently iam the one who pays for the equity monthly since iam also working overseas, and now the developer is asking for another copy of payslips and PAGIBIG form to be filled up which we already did comply before hand within a month of our reservation, and we cant provide such documents anymore specially the payslip because he already resigned in his previous comply in thailand and is now jobless, but still we forward the pagibig form again without the payslip..I will really appreciate for any advice you can give us regarding this matter because we are really trapped on this situation and we already spent too much..Looking forward for your reply and God Bless..
