Hi were planning to get married next month, my bf was married before last 10 years ago,no any record found in municipality and not registered in nso.it is possible for him to get married again?thank you....

very dangerous, but it will be tough to prove bigamy if there is no record at nso

Even me request a cenomar but still the same he is single,I've ask the civil registrar no any record, they said that he can marry again if he want,we really want to get married,it is possible to get a certificate in civil registrar a non-registered marriage or/and void marriage?cenomar and that certificate mentioned above will be enough to get him married again?tank you

the cenomar is already that certificate. if there is little risk that someone will file a bigamy case, then at least the risk is minimal
