Hello Good Afternoon to Everyone!!
I just want to ask for an advice regarding the plan of my father to claim the land owned by his Grandfather because the other direct heirs is already at the US and in Laguna, It has been decades long since it was not visited nor process the transfer of its title to them..But my father does not have deed of donation, or any other documents necessary for its plan to transfer the land on him. What is the best thing to do before my father can claim the said land despite the existence of other direct heirs?
