Dear Attorney,

I received a resolution yesterday and I was charged of crime that i did not commited.

How long will the HDO will take effect? because i'm about to work abroad in two weeks time.

a motion for HDO has to be filed first before one is issued by the court. you or your lawyer will be given a copy and given a chance to oppose

So I can still work abroad in two weeks time. because I haven't received any motion so far. If they going to file the motion how fast it is before being granted?

probably more than two weeks. note that a warrant of arrest may be issued already for you. you should look at filing bail immediately. if not yet, you can file a motion for judicial determination of probable cause so the warrant won't be issued.

i cannot advise you to escape the charge and advise you to face this charge. you can file a motion to allow you to leave while the case is pending but of course there is a risk that it will not be granted.

it will be archived if you are not arrested. again, i must state that I do not advise you to hide and avoid the criminal charge.
