Hi, free advise po. The land where we live right now was pawned to my mother year 1989 for 3800 PHP. Six years ago they came to an agreement that the owner will just sell the land to my mother for 30,000 PHP. After a couple of months my mother got the sum and was about to pay them in full but they declined the payment. Now, they want to get the land back instead. Do we have a claim on it since it was pawned to us for almost 24 years now? What do we need to do?
