An Employee was terminated due to Breach of Trust & Confidence with a pending illegal dismissal complaint at the National Labor Relations Office. Said employee still has outstanding personal loans to the Employer. Due to the unexpected and sudden termination of employment, can he avail of a loan moratorium? Is it possible to suspend the payment of the loan while the case is awaiting for resolution? Can the employee request for loan restructuring? What payment options/remedies can he avail of while he is still unable to secure new employment?

Thank you.

The decision lies with the creditor or the employer. Offer a compromise scheme.
