Let me tell you my story po, and I would love to hear any legal advice from you. My fiance is Australian. We are planning to get married in Australia po. 15 months na po ang relationship namin. Dinalaw nya ako sa Pilipinas last August, 2012. He stayed here for 3 weeks. And I have many proofs that our relationship is genuine. So I won't have any problem with that pag nag-apply na ko ng Prospective Marriage Visa. Ang problema po namin, hindi sya qualified na magsponsor sakin, dahil unemployed po sya for more than one year now.Sad His parents are willing to help us. Pero sa pagkakaalam namin, pwede lang magsponsor ang parents ng Australian kung below 18 years old sya. My fiance is 24 years old. I heard something about "Assurance of Support", pero inalis na din sya sa requirements for Prospective Marriage Visa. Pwede parin po ba maging sponsor ung parents nya? Please po, pakitulungan naman po kami tungkol dito. Ano po ang pinakamaganda naming gawin para magkaroon ng chance na ma-grant yung visa ? Salamat po.
