So do you mean na yung bunso lang ang binigyan ng mana? If so, wala ka pong makitang ganyang provision, yung illegitimate child nga may mana. Try to check on law on succession under the civil code..andyan lahat but, you need at least a law graduate to guide you..mabigat po yang law on succession, even some lawyers mahirapan dyan lalo na sa pag compute ng shares.

Accordingly, testate(father died with a WILL) or intestate(without a WILL) succession shall be governed by the national law of the person whose succession is under consideration, regardless, where his/her property may be found.

So therefore, the LAw on Canada will govern with respect to:

1. amount of successional rights(tatangapin na mana, includes the distribution)

2. order of succession.

Basically, hinde na mag aapply yung Civil code ng Pinas, particularly on law on succession with respect sa tanong mo. Better ask for a canadian lawyer.

Lastly, There is nothing wrong whether you possessed dual citizenship. Kasi ang pinagusapan dito ay yung property ng father mo which is a canadian citizen.
