Arresto Menor

I just want to clarify few things, after kasi ng arraignment the judge set a mediation procedure between the two parties.

1. who facilitate the mediation?

2. i'm the accused, do i need a lawyer during the mediation?

3. i was informed that if no agreement was made during the mediation, after that will be the JDR? is that correct.

Thank you in advance. Sobrang clueless ako with all the court procedures.
