Arresto Menor

Ako po ang complainant...wala namang pong hearing schedule na ipinadadala samin...pero nagkaroon sya ng warrant of arrest at ngayon ay hinihingan kami ng bail na 12,000.00 ang nakapagtataka po inilipat sya ng trial court...

pwede po bang gawin yung ganon ng korte? sa taguig po ako ng filed last may 2012 kahapon nakatanggap sya ng warrant of arrest naka date ng Dec.19 2012 pero galing po sa pasig trial court kahapon lang po nya natanggap Jan. 24, 2013

Pls. advice po ano po ang dapat kong gawin?
