RA 9262 case--just received the fiscal's resolution this morning saying information to be filed in court. can i file for a motion for reinvestigation? are there more remedies so the case won't be filed? pls help.

there was no physical abuse, she's claiming psychological abuse, coz she saw me 3x in a location, alleged i was stalking her. we have no child.

if you were not given an opportunity to file a counter affidavit, you can file a motion for reinvestigation within 5 days

gud pm attyLLL sir can i ask for ur advise. i just received a subpoena from naga city rtc. for violation of ra9262. the demand was the financial support of our 2 children. kailangan po bang mag appear pa ako before the naga city rtc pag nagfile po ako ng answer affidavit sa subpoena? taga maynila po kasi ako. nakalagay po kasi sa subpoena 10days lang yung waiting period.ano po ba ang tama at dapat kong gawin as of the moment? sana po mabigyan nyo ko ng payo. maraming salamat po

if you don't, a warrant of arrest will be issued and a copy will be sent to the nearest police station to your residence
