Gud pm Atty,nag file kami sa rtc ng estafa case ano po ang susunod na hakbang natangap na ang resolution and guilty ang akusado sa kasong estafa? ano po ba ang next move namin? Thanks Very Happy

thanks atty for the reply. If ever po ba na may warrant of arrest na sila at di sila maka pag bail automatic po ba makukulong sila? kung halimbawang dumaan kami sa mediation or settlement at ang gusto ko mangyari sa settlement ay bayaran ng buo ang pera ko tsaka ko iurong ang demand ay tatangapin po ba yun ng husgado? sana po masagot nyo pa po mga katanungan ko salamat po ng marami.
