Good day. I just want to seek advice re my credit card. First and foremost, this credit card was not applied by me. This VIP Card is from this so called Guidelink Corp.

Thanks in advance.

Good day!!!
I would like to seek advice. Last Saturday July 14, 2012 I received a demand letter from a law firm asking me to pay 50K for a credit card, but said if I pay with 4 days upon receipt of the demand letter I will only pay half of it, parang generous act pa nila. I can recall having a credit card in that Bank for more than a decade aalready, its been I think 12 years ago, which is one of the reasons why I worked abroad to pay all my debts and start a new life when I came back to Philippines I have no debts to any bank, nor keeping a credit card since then coz I learned a lesson to live within your means. Last year, I had a house renovation so I have to throw unnecessary furniture and fixture and appliances plus documents including receipts. But last Saturday, I got really surprised receiving a demand letter which I never had for 12 years....please advice if this is a scam, what should I do! How can I contest that I am really paid if I cant no longer show my proof of payment!

Scam yan!
