My friends had a Money Lending business for 10 years and was registered, I see there a Law in May 2007 thay Lending businesses had to be a Corporation and existing Lending had 1 year to become a Corporation by May 2008... My friends didnt comply and operated untill November 2011.... CAN ANYONE FILE A CASE AGAINST THEM FOR THE 3 YEARS 6 MONTHS THAT THEY OPERATED BUSINESS BEFORE CLOSURE??
