Good morning atty. Where can I find data regarding legal requirements last 1983 for a civil wedding at the Q.C. City Hall? My husband and I got married during that time and we are still very much together.Unfortunately he got married again in Baguio last 2004 under his other name/or alias.However the mistress has been using our Surname since 1999. I would like to file a case against the mistress first.

what you should be looking for is your marriage certificate at nso, and the new marriage certificate also. your best case will be bigamy against them both to be filed where the wedding was held.
