gud pm.nagsampa po kasi ng kasong acts of lascivousness ung kaibigan ko sa fiscal's office. ung resolution po ng fiscal ay may basis ung reklamo nya kya pwede na syang magdemanda. kaya lang, hindi na nya ituloy, in a way na hindi na lang sya bumalik sa fiscal's office o sa munisipyo o nakipagusap sa kung kanino dapat kausapin para masettle formally at legally ung hindi nya pagtuloy ng demanda sa tao.tapos, months later, nabalitaan namin na may warrant ung dapat sana ay idedemanda nya at nagpyansa lang para di makulong, pano nangyari ung eh hindi naman na sila nagfile ng demanda?

once ma-file ang complaint/information sa prosecutor mayroon siyang kapangyarihan na isampa ang kaso sa korte. Since may resolution na, it means preliminary investigation has been conducted.

siguro yung complaint/information was sufficient and nakuha yung consent sa kaibigan mo. ayun na-issue yung arrest warrant thru the court.

Was there a notice/subpoena to the accused? kasi under Rule 112 Sec 3(b) "Within ten (10) days after the filing of the complaint, the investigating officer shall either dismiss it if he finds no ground to continue with the investigation, or issue a subpoena to the respondent attaching to it a copy of the complaint and its supporting affidavits and documents."
