Arresto Menor

gud pm po. mgtatanong lng po regarding sa case ng friend ko. nagsampa po sila ng kasong acts of lascivousness sa fiscal's office. after po ng ilang beses na paghaharap doon, ang resolution po ng fiscal ay may basis yung reklamo, kaya pwede syang mgsampa ng kaso. kaya lang hindi na nya itinuloy, in a way na hindi na lang sya nagpunta pa sa fiscal o munisipyo, binalewala na lang nya yung resolution. tapos after ng ialng months, nabalitaan nalang po namen na may warrant yung dapat na idedemanda nya at nagpyansa para di makulong. pano po nangyari yun eh hindi na po sila nagfile ng kaso?

at the prosecutor's office, the complainant is your friend. once the prosecutor determines there is cause to file the case, he files it in court, and the complainant is the People of the PH. your friend is now just a witness.
