My wife and I purchased a piece of land 4 years ago. both our names and signatures are on the deed of sale, then we applied it fot title..when the title came out..it is only in the name of my wife. Will this be a problem in the future or it does it still remain conjugal??

what about the husband is just only a witness atty. still conjugal property parin ba yon??? na ang deed of sale kay nakapangalan lang sa akin ang hindi apilyedo niya ang ginamit ko kundi ang apilyedo ko sa pagka dalaga ko hindi yong married family name namin.. conjugal parin ba yon????
