Good day,

I would like to ask if its legal for the owner the force evict a tenant because of rumors from other tenants. What step should we take. We are paying on time within 7 payable days, we do not even know the other tenants, we follow rules according to contract.

if what you say is true, then it's not proper. communicate with the lessor in writing to explain your position.
