Unpaid loan

Good morning.

I have an unpaid loan sa friend ng tita ko. I loaned 25,000 15% for 2 mons. po. I paid the 1st payment but the following payments hindi na po ako nakabayad. I issued 4 posted checks. The 1st check is ok po but other checks nag bounced na po. I talked to her and asked her na renew ko ang remaining amount then so will add interest to it naman for 15% for 2 mons again. Unfortanely hindi ako naka settle nag payments. Sabi nya mag file siya ng criminal case against me because she still have my bounced checks. And I asked her na may interest naman yung binabayad ko sa kanya. Please help me...

keep negotiating for a settlement. try to avoid receiving a written notice that the checks bounced.

Thanks po for the reply. Ang sabi nya nag file na sa ng case. I'll wait lang daw ng letter galing sa lawyer nya. I tried negotiating but she insisted na to pay the full amount. I tried paying her even partial payment lg po. If ever po, what will be the case against me? what are my chances? What is the letter po na mang gagaling sa lawyer nya? Is this demand letter?

good pm po atty! Last january 09,2012 kumuha po ako nbi pero hit lumabas balik daw po ako ng 23 to get the result but im afraid. My story po kasi i have existing loan in 3banks feeling ko eto reason of hit. Since i resigned august 2010 nabounce n po mga checks ko . I thought i can get job in singapore unfortunately not kya back to zero ako dito last year and contractual but cant manage to pay my loan kSi plan ko to pay if mkapagabroad ako which is sna this year kya ako kumukuha ng nbi. napressured kasi me sa mga threath nila kya i changed my number at lumipat ndin s new house.mga demand letter narereceived ko noon but i ignored them in a while. my question are: pagbalik ko po b sa galleria s 23 bka hulihin ako dun possible po b un? my warrant of arrest ba ako at makukulong? estafa po b twag dito? nkahold na po b ako s immigration kung sakaling magtourist ako? Please help me po atty your answer could help me what to do thanks a lot
