for example hubby impregnated another woman and resulted to marital infidelity leading to psychological abuse.can you use the same case for the other woman in relation to revised penal code regarding with conspiracy.i also read that RA 9262 has a so called suppletory application.please explain further.thank you.

you can argue it in your complaint, but i do not believe it will prosper. in criminal law, it is strictly construed in favor of the accused.

my position here is that you can claim monetary damages against the mistress.
