i need help regarding RA 9262

I am an ofw here in doha qatar I am single and last july 2011 I find out that I was 4 weeks pregnant with my boyfriend here. He was married with no child. I am 14 weeks pregnant now and last September 1, 2011 nagstop na yung guy na makipagcommunicate sa akin nagpalit na sya ng mobile number. Pinuntahan ko sya sa bahay nila par makipagusap pero dinedma nya ako kasama nya yung wife at ate nya nung time na yun tapos I asked him kung pwede ba kami mag usap at in a loud voice sinabi nya na wala kaming dapat pagusapan pa. Then her sister asked kung anong problema sabi ko I am 3 mos pregnant with his brother and then the guy denied it sinabi nya na hindi nya pananagutan ang bata dahil hindi sya ang ama at madami daw akong lalaki.napakasakit na marinig yun. He denied our baby...Yung sister nya hiningi yung numer ko at sya na lang daw ang kausapin ko sa lahat pero hindi man lang nagreply sa kahit na isang txt ko kasi magpapapirma sana ako ng acknowledgment na gamitin ng baby ko ang last name nya sa birth certificate.. Can I file a complain RA 9262 saan ako dapat magfile both of us were still here in Doha Qatar I'll be coming home end of this month kasi bawal ang magbuntis dito ng hindi kasal..please help me po what to do what are the things required par maifile ko yung case... thanks

you can file it, but i do not think it will prosper if there is no admission of paternity.

you can, however, file a case for support, and the court can grant provisional support, but i'm wondering how it can be enforced if he is not even here.

how can i get admission of paternity? may mga text messages sya na alam nyang sya yung daddy ng baby..is that enough?pag nagbakasyon sya sa pinas can I file the case that time.. ano po ba yung filiation can I also do that? thanks

i don't think that will be enough but it may help. usually, the court will issue an order for a dna test

ask ko lang po about the dna testing, kasi ang ex-wife po is demanding to have a DNA testing of the illegitimate child of my brother who is under the care of my other sister. sino po ba ang magbabayad ng DNA testing kasi po dinemanda ng ex-wife ang brother ko for psychological violence po.
