Good evening, I applied for a credit card twice at rcbc bancard but they disapproved my application. They didn't tell me or informed me what is the reason behind the declined application.The customer service told me that the bank will send me a letter within 2 weeks upon disapproval of my application, containing the reason why they declined my application.But until now I didn't received any letter from them. I've already waited for a long period of time and I want to apply in other bank company, but I really hesitate that they might disapproved as well. what can I do? How will I know what is the reason behind this. Do I have the right to know? I believed that i am capable to have credit card, and I will want to use this for personal purposes. I can also present the requirements they looking for. Please help me. I really want to clarify this things. It's really depressing. Thanks a lot!
