Declined submitted disputes on lost Debit card

Arresto Menor

My Debit card was stolen in the US prior my flight back to PH. And only learned it when I got home. When I checked my account online, there were already transactions made. The time it was used is when im in flight. I submitted disputes but the bank declined since as pee their investigation all transactions are all legal. What should I do next? There were 10 transactions done total of P61k to one merchant. Dated from March21 -22. These dates were I was in flight going back to the PH from the US.
