credit card

my credit card provider has charged me for transactions that i did use. the card was with me at all times never lost but 3 charges appeared on my bill. i have tried to dispute this with them but is asking for 75 banking days to investigate. before they finish the investigation the amount will then be overdue and i will be charged late fees. what is the best thing to do about this? do i have consumer rights at all?

request the bank that you can exclude the disputed charges from your payment.

sir please help regarding my problem, nagkaroon po ako ng credit card bago po ako ma hire sa kanila, then nagkaroon po ako ng financial problems at dko po nabayaran yung credit card ko po sa kanila, nagresign na po ako sa company na yun 2mos ago, sinabihan po ako ng hr at treas ofc na sinisingil po sa akin yung whole utang ko po sa credit card nila na umabot na po ng 170k, pwede po ba nila ibawas yun sa back pay ko sir e nakuha ko naman po yung credit card before ako ma employ sa kanila.. wala pa po kase ako work ngayon yung makuha ko po sa kanila sir wala pa po atang 30k ang makukuha ko, magkakautang pa po ako sa kanila pano ba yun sir pls help me ano po rights ko dun? thank you.

if it's the same company, then i'm afraid they can compensate their debt to you with your debt.

sir kahit po wala naman po pinirmahan na if ever ma past due ako idededuct po nila yung credit card bill ko po? Babayaran ko naman po yung credit card pero as an outsider po kase i got the card bago po ako ma hire sa kanila, pati po yung savings ko na dinedeuct every payday hinohold din po nila ayaw po nila i release, sir dba magkaiba naman yung savings na iniipon sa back pay benefits, pwede po ba ako mag file ng claims sa NLRC? please help me sir thank you

that's just my opinion, but i think it's proper even without your consent and especially because you are leaving the company. you can indeed file your complaint at the nlrc, but i don't think it will prosper.

only thing you can do is keep negotiating with them. just don't change address or office without informing them. you can change your telephone number.

what you should not do is to change residential or office address without informing the credit card company so you cannot be charged with credit card fraud.

you can be sure that you will be blacklisted on cmap, but not nbi.

in my case po kaze..pinagduldulan lang saken ang CC ng isang agent..then wla nga po akong permanent adress that time..bale apartment lang..in short i got my CC approved even if sa apartment lang ako nakatira..but my office address naman po ang aking billing adress and until now dito pa rin po ako nagwowork..and nun nga pong nakalipat na ako ng house i called their hotline and tried to change my residence ad but the CS said that there's no need since ang billing ad ko is sa office naman..

i have the same problem with him/her..i was not able to pay my cc debts for almost 5months now due due financial crisis as well and it's running 18k already..i was just concerned re the NBI records..will i have a record with NBI since i'm not able to pay my cc debts? i'm just kinda worried bec i'll get my NBI this week for my new job..will i get any prob getting NBI? will i have any bad records with NBI? Good evening, I applied for a credit card twice at rcbc bancard but they disapproved my application. They didn't tell me or informed me what is the reason behind the declined application.The customer service told me that the bank will send me a letter within 2 weeks upon disapproval of my application, containing the reason why they declined my application.But until now I didn't received any letter from them. I've already waited for a long period of time and I want to apply in other bank company, but I really hesitate that they might disapproved as well. what can I do? How will I know what is the reason behind this. Do I have the right to know? I believed that i am capable to have credit card, and I will want to use this for personal purposes. I can also present the requirements they looking for. Please help me. I really want to clarify this things. It's really depressing. Thanks a lot!

you did what could do. the bank can file a collection case against his wife or against his estate.

failure to pay a debt is not a crime. just don't change office or residence without informing the bank. try to work out a payment plan.
