Hello Atty.,
I am working in a real estate company for more than 3 years and the task I do is to assist clients of the said company in processing home loans with affiliate banks. I am assigned to one of their vertical residential projects which the time of completion will be by 2020. I'm currently under contract with an employment agency renewable every 5 months. does this mean I'm a project employee even thou it's not stated in the contract?
