Hello Atty,

I've been working for a real estate company for almost 4 years now but we are under an employment agency, do I have the right to question the company if I will be absorbed or not and is this legal? they just keep on renewing our contract every 5 months.

if the employment agency does not pass the test of subcontractor, then they will be considered involved in labor only contracting, and you will be considered a direct employee of the real estate company.
