gud day po. ask ko lang po kc yun husband ko former policeman na hindi naibalik yun service firearms nya dahil ninakaw nun nasa service pa sya 4yrs ago. nakasuhan po sya ng malversation pero napagkasunduan po last year na palitan na lang dw. kaya lang naistroke po yun husband ko at wala po kami pera ngayon pamalit ng baril. kung magguilty plea po ba kaya sya pwede p po ba sya makulong kahit paralyze ang buo nya katawan? ang pao lawyer namin kasi gusto nya mapalitan yun nawawalang gamit.

other alternative po? because we are totally broke right now or can he apply for probation? can he still get imprisoned while applying?

gud day po uli. same problem pa rin po. ayaw tlgang pumayag ng property custodian iatras yun kaso gusto tlgang mapalitan yun nawawalang gamit. gustuhin ko man palitan sir wala tlga ako pera lalo na sa sitwasyon ng husband ko na bed ridden na for 1 month. wala po bang batas na pwedeng maexempt ang husband ko sa sitwasyon nya ngayon?
