i just want to ask something regarding the process of filing moral damages after winning the case. Let's say for example a moral damages worth of 5 million pesos was filed, so meaning there will be a 3% filing fee which is 150,000. What if the amount approved or decided by the court was only 2 million pesos and not 5 million? Is the filing fee affected on this decision, because for 2 million you just have to pay 60,000 worth of filing fee and not 150,000
