moral damages is an award given to a complainant for a wrong done. it is meant to assuage the feelings of shock and dismay. the amount depends completely on the circumstances.

example po mistress,nag flaunt ng pictures sa facebook and nag send ng messages sa akin at ipinagtatanggol ang husband ko regarding sa hinihingi ko na financial support..since,mahirap po patunayan ang concubinage..ano po ba pwede ikaso,moral damages po ba ang maigi?at kung ito po ikakaso sa kabit,how much naman po ang babayaran niya sa ginawa niya..thanks po

it is you first who will establish how much you believe should be paid to you to assuage your bruised feelings (and pay corresponding filing fees of about P30,000 for every P1M). it will really depend on what is proven in court which will be the basis for the damages.

it depends on what is shown on those pictures, bu.t normally they would not be sufficient.
chat message can be used if one of the parties to the messages is the one presenting the message.
