no u shud not pay for it.. in that case u must dispute or kailangan makipag away ka sa kanila. its thier fault anyway na poor service ag ginagawa nila. u shud not pay for the service u havnt use. actually yan lg ag binibigay nila sa iyo na explanation coz hindi ka nag dispute pero CSR's can actually give u better resolutions in order for them to retain u as their customer..

I have a same scenario here. Kumuha po ako ng line sa globe then i thin nagamit ko sya for about 3-4 months and then binayaran ko po ung bill then ung mga sumunod na bill eh hnd ko na nabayaran po at hnd na din nagamit kasi disconnected na din, then recently i have received a call na o need to pay 16k which i have not used their service. I said i would 4k and after 2 months na hnd ko na ulit nabayaran at hnd ko na rin cnasagot ang call nila i have received a text message that i need to pay 46k for the bills and disconnection fee.. Should i pay for it? Ano po ang mgiging kahihinatnan if i do not pay for it. Cguro po mga after months na consumption nung service nila wala an po ako nareceived na billing kahit online po wala. Please advise. Thanks po! Currently may isa pa akong existing plan sa globe at dun nila ako tinatawagan.

Me tumatawag po kc sa kanya nagdedemand na bayaran daw khit kalahati ung bills nya na 20k (50k something po ata ung bills nya.) kumuha kc ng family plan ung kapatid q (3 phones, 2 blackberry 9220 at 1 samsung pocket) last payment nya nong feb 2013 then na cut xa ng july dhil di xa nakapag bayad. (1799 po ung monthly bills nya) kya now po me tumatawag na taga ammerix daw po ata qng di aq nagkakamali. Parang nag dedemand na magbayad xa khit 20k or else daw po itataas nila ung kaso nila sa ombudsman daw. Natakot na po ung kapatid q panu daw po nya mababayaran ang ganong kalaking halaga na agad2. Ang alam nya daw po di daw aabot ng 50k plus ung bills nya. Magbabayad nman daw po xa ( sa amount na alam nya na 20k pro pa utay utay daw po muna kc walang wala daw xa. Khit pitpitin daw xa wala daw tlga xa maipproduce na 20k agad2. Ano po maaarig mangyari sa kanya pag di nya ito nabayaran takot na takot na po kc kapatid q. Ombudsman po kc ung pantakot nila. i have the same problem with globe. ang problema naman saken is ung internet nila is maganda lang for the first 2 months then after nun ang dami kong website na hindi ma access, and tumawag ako sa kanila almost araw araw! na mismong globelines.com eh! d ko ma access din parang tanga dba? then for next 1 to 3 months tinatawagan ko silang ayusin. and wala silang ganagawa sa concern ko saka ako nag decide na wag silang bayaran pag hindi nila inayos! biruin mong naputol nalang ung internet nila wala parin silang ginawang action hangang sa pinull out nalng ung modem! at ngayon ayan na si globe may treat na letter pag hindi ako nag bayad! kupal dba? ang problema ko ayoko naman sana syang bayaran tlaga pero nakapangalan kasi un sa ate ko. since may phone plan sya sa globe at nag offer ang globe sa kanya kung gusto nya mag avail ng internet sabi ko sa ate ko cge gusto ko mag ka internet din kasi. pero verbally lang un walang pinirmahan sa globe! its like nag offer sa tawag ang globe then kinabit nalng dito sa bahay bigla ng walang contract. so dapat ba ako mag worry not for me pero sa ate ko?

ask ko lang regarding with the recent implementation of globe FUP now i've been experiencing a very slow connection even though i haven't receive an sms from 8888. i just got my new bestsuperplan 999 last jan 8 2014 with samsung s duo and samsung tab 3 with unlisurf999 and consumable of 148 and a lock in period of 30 months. at first i was very happy with the speed of connection and the size i was able to download within just 2 weeks of almost 40GB but after the implementation of globe FUP last jan 26, 2014 i noticed the very slow connection unlike the week before that. now after the FUP i check my data usage and noticed that it was only 1.7GB which is far from my first usage by this i am contemplating on not paying them because of their FUP i feel i was cheated. i already paid my first month bill. i want to ask and know if what would happen if i would not pay my remaining bill?

hello im new here i would like to stress out my problem with globe. i applied a superuli surf plan 1799 last feb 2013 and the plan was unli net with freebees. i was very pleased with it and agreed with the said promo. for 1 yr i enjoyed my experience with globe paid my bills on time. But last january they implemented fair use policy of 1gb a day max data connection. so i was so shocked that my contract and our agreement was unlimitted surfing and no limit thes this happened. is it possible that globe is the one at fault here and they breached our contract of unli surf? because i tried to change my plan to consmable but its not possible and its locked to unli surf and i should pay my 1 yr remining if i want to change my plan. damn them! i only use my net at night watching movies downloading vids. now 1gb limt i cannot even download 1 good movie.

We have the same issue with Globe Broadband, My partner had her internet connection disconnected and was asked for a certain amount of disconnection fee, that was more than 5 years ago because she lost her job then and doesnt have any budget for the internet connection service. Now, they still keep on calling and was asking her to pay including the interest, which amounted to Php16,000. And the caller told her that they can have her picked up anytime by authorities. That is harrassment right? what if my partner wont pay it? will she be put in jail?

*reason for discontinuing the internet connection:
*the internet speed - she is not getting the speed she signed up for, plus it keeps on disconnecting.
*she doesnt have a job right now.
*support - the customer service is not good.

Just want to ask for assistance, Nagpakabit kami ng Globe Broadband na line last June 2013 para 2nd line (meron kaming PLDT line) pero since then palaging selective browsing, minsan makaconnect sa Google at Facebook, minsan naman hindi. Kahit ilang beses ireset ang router ganun pa rin. Ginagamit ko ang linya para sa internet cafe at nawawalan ako ng customers dahil doon, umabot ito ng 2 months, kaya hindi ko binayaran ang succeeding bills since hindi maayos ang serbisyo. Ngayong May 2014 may tumawag galing sa law office daw na kailangan ko bayaran ang 9K fee, pero kahit bayaran ko ung fee konting research sa internet makikita na same parin ung selective browsing ng Globe.

i have the same problem with globe.im was on plan 800.i paid the minimum amount so that my service would be connected again only to find out that they would tell me that my payment is not enough?I stopped using the service and never received a bill after that.The last time i used my service was 2009 and now they are telling me that i should pay 15k?
