Arresto Menor

I was being summoned today an estafa case . The complainant accusing me that i loaned 100,000 pesos and he paid it on my behalf! Nakakalito nga kasi walang katotohanan ang pinagsasabi niya, he cant even provide an evidence like document on his accusation. Pwede po bang basta na lang ang isang tao na magsampa ? I have no choice but to face the accusation . So sad then kasi im still a student at wala akung pera na panglaban sa kanya? Pwede po ba akung lumapit sa pao office if kinakailangan ko na talaga ang legal assistant! pls help me...hope to hear any reply soon!
