Arresto Menor

Dito po sa amin sa Davo Oriental ang provider ng electicity ay isang cooperative. Ang ginawa ng cooperative ay nag-aacredit sila ng isang association ng electricians. Ang nangyayari ay kahit sinong magpapatayo ng bahay ay dapat ang ang kontratahing mag-install ng electrical ay mula sa accredited association nila. Tama po ba ito? Paano kung registered electrician naman talaga ang kukunin ko pero hindi kasapi sa accredited association nila? Wala ba akong choice mamili kung sinong kukunin kong electrician? Maraming salamat po.

i think that's an unfair imposition. you should first write a letter to the customer service of the coop, then a complaint to the ERC
