Dear Atty:
One of my colleagues told me that the "Ang Lupang Hinirang" should not be sung anymore after 12:00 noon even how important or major event that is to be conducted as part of its program. But instead, every occasion conducted beyond 12:00 noon must start with a prayer then followed by the singing of a patriotic song not the "Lupang Hinirang". I tried to search how true must this be but I ended up dissecting the heraldic code of the Philippines which did not ever mentioned about it.

Sir, may I be enlightened what provision of law or regulation that provides this assumptions? Thank you very much sir.
