hi
i'm a foreign citizen but born here in the phil.

1. when i got married, i did not secure a permit or doc that will allow me to marry a filipina ( i think it is a prerequisite in marriage application)

2. i've been separated for almost 8 yrs now but has not filed annulment yet

3. can #1 be ground for annulment ?

no, it cannot be a ground for annulment under philippine law.

i recommend you take advantage of your own country's laws by filing for divorce in your country.
