to whom were these messages sent. if not to you but they refer to you, then it is libel. if it's directly to you, then unjust vexation.

kasi po yung ex mistress ng asawa ko nagfile sya ng case sa prosecution offfice ng grave oral defamation saakin. dahil po sa mga private messages na pinapadala sa kanya sa facebook and inaaccused nya po ako na ako ang nagpapadala kanya ng mga messages knowing naman po na hindi nakapangalan sa akin yong account.
