good evening, pano po ba sisimulan ang pagfile ng petition for nullity of marriage.nkasal po ako under art.34, no mc was exhibited from us and it was just a solemnizing officer who had officiated our marriage somewhere in QC inside his office. according sa mga napagtanungan ko po kpag under art.34 no need to pass a mc dhil ngsama ang dlawang tao n mgpapakasal in 5yrs and up. pero kme po ay never ngsama dhil preho kme working abroad at sa dubai pa.we decided to get married dhil lng sa mga magulang ko way back 2002 po.i have my old passport from 1996, patunay n kme ay hndi ngsama before kme maikasal.now we are almost 8yrs na hiwlay.still nsa dubai p rn xa at ako ay dto n sa philippines.pano po ako magsisimula pra mkpgfile ng case?an advance thank you for your answer.

atty, 1-2 yrs po ang process para ma void ang kasal? ganon po ba talaga katagal?

sa case ko po we are planning to file a petition kasi po menor de edad pa noong kinasal, mas mabilis po ba ang process o same lang po..
