You may start with NSO Get 2 MCs (1st and 2nd marriage) and BCs of both spouses. These public records would be your supporting evidences assuming that your marriage is void at the beginning/void ab initio or your marriage was the 2nd one.

You may see PAO nearest to your place for eligibility on free legal assistance or law colleges (UP/San Beda etc) that may offer court assistance for free.

Pirmahan nino at sa harap nino? No such thing as secret marriage imho. Civil marriages afaik may take 10 minutes only or even less. Magsasalita lang konti yung solemnizing officer then tapos na. And it is already a ceremony with all signatories (be fixer or not). And the marriage would then be NSO registered and remains valid. It doesnt require to be an hour or so. So better scrutinize it more to know more, like was there a marriage license involved, who/solemnizing officer, witness, or was it like live-in na pinalabas thats why marriage license was not required, etc etc . His NSO MC can tell you this.
