Gusto ko lang po malaman kung maari po ba akong magsampa ng demanda laban sa tao nagkalat ng mensahe thru text sa aking mga kabatchmate nung highschool? ito po yung nilalaman ng mensahe...

"BEWARE OF DEAN REINA - Grbe nakausap ko evelyn kagbi, biniktima dia cia ni dean 1500, gilbert 2K, chris 5h, bok 4K. ngaun active dean sa reunion kase alam nia me pera dun. ingat nlang tau next tym sa kanya, txt kau kung nautangan din nia kau."

sa katotohan po yung mga taong sinasabi nyang biniktima ko eh totoo po may utang ako dun at alam ng tao n yun n utang yun? maari ko bang sampahan ng reklamo ang taong ngkalat ng mensaheng ito?

yes, that can be basis of a libel complaint. but you will need the testimony of those who received the message. 1 or 2 will do.

actually i dont have any information about that text message until 1 of my freind receive that message and forwarded to me. That is the only time i knew about it?

you will need your friend to be a witness for you.
