Hello po sa lahat. I want to have a legal advice po sana about my situation.
I am a former admin of a facebook page, isa po itong confession page and we are posting every messages that we gathered thru our google doc.
may isang beses po, may nag confess about a professor sa university namin pero hindi naman naka state doon ang name ng professor. anonymous kasi ang every confessions.
pero si professor po, nag claim na siya yun and kakasuhan daw niya kami ng libel and slander. nag chat pa nga po siya sa amin and pinatawag kami sa school office of student affairs. tapos pinapa expel kami sa school and even kinasuhan kami.
Hinge po sana ako legal advice kung ano dapat gawin. hina harrass din po kasi niya kami. halos di na po ako makatulog sa gabi dahil sa mga nangyayari.
