Please Advice... Is this a basis for Libel

Hi...gusto ko lang po humingi ng advice about sa problem ko.
Hiwalay na po kame ng ex ko matagal na, parehas na po kame may kanya kanyang karelasyon..unfortunately po may anak kame... ngayon yung karelasyon po nya never ko pa na meet nor never ko nakilala in person however nag start po sya mag post ng kung ano ano bout saken. I was character assassinated by someone i dont personally know po. To top it all po..my name itself is mentioned sa post nya sa facebook page nya...as well as pati yung anak ko sinasama nya sa post nya. She kept calling me names like Bitch..Slut ..kung ano ano pa.alam ko po na di sakop yun ng cyber crime law.pero applicable po ba ang libel sa scenario na to. Thanks po

You can file a case for libel. there is libel when:

1. a person was maliciously defamed
2. such malicious imputation was publicly done( published in newspaper / orally done in public)
3. the name of the victim is properly identified.

These elements were present in your case, therefore swak yung crime na libel to be filed against her.
