there is this lending company in paranaque who gives 24% interest per month. i was out of work due to medical reasons and then company terminated my contract. i was out of job from june 28 to oct 10. i received subpoena from them stating they filed estafa under other deceit. i went to paranaque prosecutors office to get a copy of the complaint but they refused to give it to my relative. what should i do?

you went but they refused to give to your relative? why did you not go yourself? did you give your relative a written authorization?
